DEVELOPMENT STORY / NORWOOD HILL
Meadow View.
ARCHITECTURE / ATMOSPHERE / EVERYDAY LIFE
Country character.
A quieter rhythm.
On Norwood Hill, where Surrey meets Sussex, Meadow View sits among fields, woodland and winding country roads. Dark timber, warm brick and tiled roofs give the homes a strong connection to their setting.
Our photography moves between scales: sunlight falling across a bedroom wall, an arrival at the front door, then the development seen from above. Presenter-led film brings movement and a human presence to the same story.
BEYOND THE FRONT DOOR.
Rooted in
the landscape.
Norwood Hill is part of a landscape of country lanes, villages and ancient woodland. The Fox Revived sits across the ridge, while Charlwood brings together village life, a traditional pub and the Norman church of St Nicholas.
Edolphs and Glovers Wood offer another way to experience the Surrey Weald: paths through ancient woodland, with bluebells and wild garlic marking the arrival of spring. Horley, Dorking and Reigate add town life to the wider setting.
For this collection, we kept the focus close: natural light, tactile materials and the small moments that make a space feel lived in. An editorial portrait of Meadow View, created by Paraded.
